RETURN OF THE GOODS

Withdrawal from the contract 
(brief instructions for returning goods, extract from the terms and conditions)

  1. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
  2. To comply with the withdrawal period, the buyer shall send a statement of withdrawal within the withdrawal period.
  3. To withdraw from the contract, the buyer may use the withdrawal form provided by the seller. Thee buyer shall send the completed form shall to the e-mail address or delivery address of the seller specified in the terms and conditions. The seller shall immediately confirm the receipt of the form to the buyer.
  4. The buyer who has withdrawn from the contract is obliged to return the goods to the seller within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract to the seller. The buyer bears the costs associated with returning the goods to the seller, even if the goods cannot be returned due to their nature by regular postal services.
  5. If the buyer withdraws from the contract, the seller shall return all funds, including delivery costs, which they received from him/her without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from the withdrawal from the contract, and in the same way. The seller shall return the money received to the buyer in another way only if the buyer agrees to it and if it does not incur additional costs.
  6. If the buyer has chosen a method other than the cheapest method of delivery of the goods offered by the seller, the seller shall refund the cost of delivery of the goods to the buyer in an amount corresponding to the cheapest method of delivery of the goods offered.
  7. If the buyer withdraws from the purchase contract, the seller is not obliged to return the received funds to the buyer before the buyer hands over the goods to them or proves that he/she has sent the goods to the seller.
  8. The buyer shall return the goods to the seller undamaged, unworn and clean and, if possible, in the original packaging. The seller is entitled to unilaterally offset the claim for compensation for damage caused to the goods against the buyer's claim for the return of the purchase price.
