* During the ride, the child must wear a suitable bicycle helmet.

* During the ride, the child must be secured with waist straps and ankle straps.

* There must not be any sharp objects within the child's reach, e.g. frayed wire.

* The bike rider/driver is fully responsible for riding with a child. He/she must be over 18. He/she must not be under the influence of any substance affecting his/her perception of the environment and his/her reactions. He/she is responsible for himself/herself and the child.

* The seat can be used on most bikes, including e-bikes. It is not suitable for women's bikes without the upper frame tube. It can be used on frames made of tubes of any cross-section shape in the range of 30-60 mm of the maximum cross-sectional dimension of the tube. It is not suitable for bikes with control cables running from the side of the tube. On bike frames with cables running along the top of the tube, the use is subject to use adapter - cable duct
*Before the ride, check that the foot stirrups are out of reach of the front wheel. If they are within its range, it is not possible to use the seat on your bike.

* The bike used for riding with a child in a bike seat must be in good technical condition.

* Before each use, it is necessary to check the condition of the buckles and straps and the condition of the attachment to the frame.  If the buckle is damaged or the strap is pulled out, the bicycle seat cannot be used.

* Before the ride, check the brakes and steering to see if the seat has not limited their functionality.

* Make sure the bike is suitable for mounting the seat. (Recommendation: see the bicycle documentation from the manufacturer.)

* When transporting the bicycle by car (outside the car), remove the seat. Air flow can loosen or damage the seat components.

* In the summer, in strong sunlight, check the temperature of the seat before the child is seated in it.

* When riding without a child, secure the loose straps so that no moving part of the bike is caught in.

* Use water and ordinary soapy detergents for cleaning.

* When using the seat abroad, check whether the transport of a child in a bike seat is restricted by specific legal measures.

* Before using the seat, check whether the weight and height of the child does not exceed the given limits of the seat. Check this continuously as the child grows. If at least 1 of the limits is exceeded, the seat cannot be used.

* Use protection against rain and wind for the child. Glasses, gloves, warm and waterproof clothes.

* Do not make any adjustments to the seat, apart from adjusting the straps.

* Do not use the seat if any part of it is damaged.

* No products based on organic solvents may be used to clean the seat.

* The mobility of the handlebars can be limited by a seat or the sitting child. The steering angle on each side must not be less than 45°.

* The weight of the carried child and his/her position in the seat changes the centre of gravity of the bike, thus affecting the riding properties, braking, and controllability of the bike.

* The seated child has the handlebars and control elements of the bike within reach, and can influence the ride. Keep the child under control.

* The seat is not designed to transport luggage (both with a child or alone).

* Neither the manufacturer nor the seller of the seat is liable for damage, injury or death caused by non-compliance with the conditions of use, careless riding, poor technical condition of the bicycle, or any other external influences.
